Welcome aboard, and congrats on your first cruise! Radiance of the Seas is a solid ship—you're going to have a great time sailing out of Tampa in May.
For your roll call, head over to our
2026 Sailings forum. Search there for "Radiance of the Seas May 9" or similar terms, and you should find an existing thread. If one doesn't exist yet, this is actually the perfect time to start one yourself—you'll be the organizer, which means you can help fellow passengers connect before embarkation, coordinate group meetups, organize cabin crawls, or even plan excursions together. It's a great way to hit the ground running on day one instead of meeting people randomly at dinner.
One thing a lot of first-timers don't realize: roll calls are completely different from the muster drill (the mandatory safety briefing you'll do on embarkation day). Roll calls are purely social and happen in advance on forums like ours. They're honestly one of the best perks of cruising with an active community.
What's your sailing length, and are you planning to do any of the ports, or is this mainly a relaxation cruise for you?
